Refund and Exchange

As much as we want you to love your pieces, we understand when a fit isn't working. So in case something does not meet your expectations,  you can return it or exchange it within 5 days of delivery, provided it meets our return requirements.

All items for refund or exchange do need to be unused and in their original condition in their packaging. Shipping fees do apply still for return and exchange too. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any items that do not meet the criteria will unfortunately, be rejected.

 Our non-returnable items include socks and hair accessories.
